Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping — $10.95 AUD — estimated 3–7 business days depending on your location
• Free Shipping — on all orders $99 AUD and over — estimated 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at rema@ritualbyreach.com.au and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ritual by Reach is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
